This blog supports Formats; the final major project for students studying FdA Design for Graphic Communication at LCC. The aim of the project is to examine and push the limits of your chosen format - my chosen format was Posters. We were asked to show the design world how the format can be used, applied, manipulated and pushed in ways never thought of or seen before.

I believe that when people view a blog they want to scroll down the page quickly - getting a feel for it and checking out the images*. I wanted my Formats blog to cater to this, but after much searching and experimenting it became apparent that off-the-shelf blogs didn't have the flexibility I desired so I had to build my own. The goal was to offer my reader an uninterrupted visual experience with the option to read more if they fancy, which I have attempted by merging two blogs.
